Java City started roasting the world's finest coffees in 1985 in an old brick building right here in downtown Sacramento. Their beans are carefully roasted using authentic Italian brick lined roasters that provide radiant heat, allowing a slower, longer roast. Java City is committed to coffee excellence, with some of the freshest coffees on the planet, an ample espresso bar menu, and approachable Javanistas ready to share their expertise. Java City is located in the center of campus in The Roundhouse.
