Engrained Restaurant is a fast-casual, full service restaurant designed to be an educational food experience surrounding sustainability with a focus on what we are making, the ingredients used and how they are handled. Engrained Restaurant features both vegan and vegetarian options. There is also a focus on healthier eating based on seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables and local foods when available.
Engrained Restaurant is located in the University Union. Use your Flex$ at this location. Stinger Deals (Meal Exchanges) which are included in the Unlimited 7, Weekly 14, Weekly 10, Weekly 8, and Weekly 3 Meal Plans can also be used Monday-Friday here for Dine – In or To-Go orders.
